"A Man Called Intrepid"

If anyone believes we were not either "lucky" or receiving great favoritism from the Lord Almighty, when we won World War Two, they do not have the first clue. The old saying goes, "Those who do not learn from history, are destined to repeat it."  After listening to stories of my Uncle Tooter - Mr. Wilburn Sweeney -- who survived a Japanese Prisoner of War camp in the Pacific, and then after reading two of the rare TRUE STORIES written about World War Two, which includes GHOST SOLDIERS by Hamptons Sides, and WE BAND OF ANGELS by Elizabeth Norman, it brings a lot more gravity to the situation.

Many of the young people today have absolutely no concept  of the sacrifices that have been endured in the past, in order for them to have the freedoms they enjoy today, which they abuse so flippantly with no respect and no regard for the older generations.  I am concerned that after all of our "Greatest Generation" of people who won World War Two are no longer alive, the survival of our nation will be left to the Baby Boom Generation, which I am  afraid to say has not really done as wonderful a job of "changing the world for the better," as they would like to believe. 

The Americans have gotten "soft," and I speak from my own experience.  When I was young and in good shape, even at my weakest, there was still a strong spiritual connection that kept me going through thick and thin.  Nowaways, if I did not get to shower and shampoo and shave my legs, I would be unable to function. When I go into work, if I do not have my color-coded ink pens and clip board for the day, to match my colorful scrubs, a different color for each day of the week which is worn at our doctors office, it interferes with my ability to make good production on my work.  Any little thing, can throw me off and ruin my day.  What happened to the little girl who survived all that bad and evil stuff in the past? She has gotten spoiled.  And so have a lot of other people.

(2) A MAN CALLED INTREPID by William Stevenson.  (3) VANISHED by Joseph Finder.  (4) TICK TOCK by James Patterson.  (5) PORT MORTUARY by Patricia Cornwell.  (6) GUILTY WIVES by James Patterson.  (7) THE POLITICALLY INCORRECT GUIDE TO THE BIBLE by Robert Hutchinson.  (8) THE POLITICALLY INCORRECT GUIDE TO ISLAM by Robert Spencer.  If this sounds like the basic library of a true "rebel without a cause," you have not seen the rest of the books on all my book shelves. I am a radical, a conservative, an angry citizen who is very disappointed with the direction I see our government taking us. 

I have always believed, "Everybody has the right to their own opinion."  That does not mean they are always accurate in their assessment.  They have the right to say it.  I have the right to dispute it. 

The freedom of speech.  The freedom of religion.  The freedom of the press.  The freedom to state your own opinion.  . . . This is what sets us apart from the heathen -- the books, the writings, the ability to learn from our mistakes, and be civilized.  "The pen is mightier than the sword."  Being able to find a better way, rather than just chopping people's heads off.  Living in a country, where our leader is not killing all his own people.  This may not last much longer, but for right now, this is still America -- if one can avoid being "taken into bondage" by those who want to violate others.

My mother used to always scream at me,
"Brenda Geanette, you are going to cut off your nose, to spite your face." 
"Brenda Geanette, you are NOT going to amount to a hill of beans." 
"Brenda Geanette, you are going to be taken into white slavery." 
"Brenda Geanette, you are going to get into something, that you cannot get out of." 
"Brenda Geanette, you will turn into a whore and a prostitute." 
All this and more, with lots of expletives and curse words in between. 

After all these years, the voices and the old tapes are still playing, but I still refuse to mind!  I hear, but I do NOT OBEY.  Got it?  All of her low self-esteem -- I refuse to let that be the definition of my own life.  God is BETTER THAN THAT. 

So for the readers, let me just say LIFE IS TOO SHORT.  If you knew that you only had FIVE MORE YEARS TO LIVE . . . what would you do differently today, that you might NOT DO, if you thought you still had plenty of time??? 

Think about it.  Iran has the bomb.  So do India and Pakistan.  Saudi Arabia now also wants to have nuclear bombs, if they see that Iran is going to have those options!  Our nation may NOT have another 5 or 10 years, before the Heathen Nations start to use those ICBM's against us.  I have seen instances where our CIA gave powerful guns and other weaponry and help to foreign nations overseas, who some time later on, turned those weapons against our own American soldiers.  We helped Afghanistan fight against the Russians, and then the Afghanistan people used all that help and all those resources to later on fight against our American soldiers!  This is the way that our stupid CIA and other agencies of our government have sabotaged the national security of the USA, by getting involved with helping these nations who LATER ON BECOME OUR WORST ENEMIES.  They are so short-sited, unable to see far enough ahead.  This has been one of their greatest shortcomings, ever since we got back from winning World War Two.  And we have NOT won another war, SINCE THEN.   

Life is too short.  Start thinking about what you yourself would also do, if you knew you only had a short time left.  Like Tim McGraw states in his song, "Live Like You Were Dying," -- "Someday I hope you get the chance, to live like you were dying."

In the meantime, as God's people, if you are a real Christian . . . just like the Christians being thrown into the Colisseum to fight the gladiators and the lions and tigers, I wish you the strongest faith possible, and the ability to absolutely keep on going and do the best you can. 

However, I must also qualify that by stating that there are many citizens in the USA today, who are NOT God's people, have NOT BEEN God's people for a long time. You will know who you are, which side you are on, what you really believe in. 

There are a lot of people who are going through that church door every Sunday morning, who are not worth their salt for anything!!  This is why I no longer attend church, because they would start to judge before I even got through the door, and I refuse to participate in that.  --

In the meantime, there are Muslims attending their mosque every Friday who are truly planning the defeat and the downfall of our nation as a whole, and they are using our own laws against us, to be able to teach religious fanaticism against us in our own country.  They will soon turn the tables on us, and institute Sharia Law.  Give them an inch, and they will take a mile. 

So once you begin to compromise with these kind of people, it NEVER ENDS.  They will take over.  It is simply a matter of time.  Be forewarned, they will NOT show the same kind of patience, love and tolerance that we have shown to THEM.    Once we start giving up our rights, and our faith, and our beliefs, and our traditions, . . . there is no going back, and this is where our peoples (our English speaking nations of the British Isles, the USA, Canada, and Australia) will be made subservient to the ones who should have remained where they were to begin with.  When this occurs, I will then start kicking ass, and if you do not LIKE ME, get out of my way!
